NAN-2280: First sign in

When a user gets an invitation to a Nanitor instance the user is created with a default password. The first time the user signs in to the Nanitor instance he is prompted to change his password.

After the user changes his password he is then asked if he would like to turn on multifactor authentication.

The user is then brought to the Nanitor issue diamond page and he is not asked again on subsequent sign-ins. Multifactor authentication can always be enabled/disabled in the settings menu.

The overall look of the sign in dialogs was also updated.

NAN-2334: Sign in with a provider

Changes were made to the UI for showing the available providers to sign in with, they are now listed as buttons instead of a dropdown.
