The release 1.9.9. has been focussed on improving and adding functionality for Nanitor projects. It is now easier to get more accurate status of the Nanitor projects and now resolved issues in a Nanitor project has been made visible. The official documentation has been updated to reflect these changes.

There has also been done some fundamental work on performance testing of the Nanitor server. It the aim of Nanitor to deliver high performant and scalable solutions. To achieve that it is important to track and monitor the performance of the internally used APIs and get a benchmarks to compare with.

Other fundamental work has been done on the development of a dashboard for users of Nanitor to get better views on the security posture of the IT structure. An interactive dashboard helps all user roles to get an immediate status across Nanitor. The dashboard will be landing page in upcoming releases of Nanitor. The dashboard will included several widgets that can be placed on the dashboard. At later stages it is intended to make more widgets available and make them more flexible. The first edition of the Nanitor dashboard is expected in Nanitor release 2.0.0. This feature has already implemented but is behind a feature flag.
